London: Sidgwick & Jackson, 1947. 2d Impression . Cloth. Good/Fair. Preface by Henry James. (Originally published, 1931) Larger, thinner book, dark green cloth with fading at top front edge, top back left and near bottom back tip, 180 lightly browned pages. DJ heavy paper, tan background very slightly browned with a pink and brown long stains on front, edge of stain at back right. DJ chipped at spine top right edge with 3/8" tear, microtears at top back spine indentation, micronick at spine bottom edge. Poor DJ/Good book.
