London: Macmillan, 1892. A fine copy in an exquisite binding, protected in a marbled board slipcase. Limited second edition -- number 251 of 300 large paper copies, with a new preface by the author and a chapter on modern English illustrated books by Austin Dobson.<br/> <br/>
