Chicag, 1909. [13],231pp. plus plates. Original green publisher's cloth, spine gilt. Corners rubbed. Modern bookplate on front pastedown. Internally clean. Very good plus. Biography of General William Hervey Lamme Wallace, written by his daughter. Wallace was a general in the Union Army during the Civil War. He suffered mortal wounds at the Battle of Shiloh and died three days later.
