Map illustration on pastedowns and free end papers. Binding remains firm. Pages are moderately tanned throughout. Illustration map moderately tanned. Previous owner's inscription to front endpaper and half title page. Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Moderate crushing to spine ends and mild fraying. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Book has a slight forward lean. Unclipped jacket with heavy edge wear with some areas of loss, heavy chips, tears and creasing. Split to rear joint. Tanning to spine and edges. Water staining to all surfaces.
