Edited, and with an introduction, by Robert L. Polley. (Note: Lacks the folded poster.) --- In blue linen-finish paper-covered boards with gilt-stamped cover & spine titling. Jacket with image of a marble statue of Mr. Lincoln. --- With prior owner's signature and sticker to front free endpaper, along with a strip of tape to front paste-down, otherwise an excellent copy: clean & tightly-bound. Dust jacket with chipping and small tears along edges, but remaining mostly intact and protected in removable archival mylar protector.; Quarto - 11 to 13 in. tall; 98 pages .
