About This Item
Wills & Hepworth, nd (1920s or 1930s) 1920. NF. 217 x 292mm pictorial 'Untearable' card covers staple bound using 3 staples. 8pp with coloured illustrations to 14 popular nursery rhymes. These items are difficult to date but it is pre 1940 and the images suggest it is earlier rather than later. A really lovely example with only a little patchy toning the covers. The binding is firm although the staples are a little rusted as would be expected in a book of this age but there is only a hint of rubbing to the spine tips. This book is in much better condition than is usually found and looks hardly read. An excellent and early and scarce addition to any Ladybird collection. Rainford & Parris Books welcomes enquiries, so please do not hesitate to ask if you require further images or have any questions. All books are packaged with great care.
