The contents are tight and clean but for a previous owner name on the inside of the front cover. The board have a little soiling and light edge wear to the corners and spine ends. The pase on picture on the front cover has quite a bit of chipping. 121pp. A digital photo can be made available. Illustrated by Mabel Hatt.
