The blank rear board has a few penciled sums, and the front board and endpapers are printed with advertisements, with toning and light soil on endpapers. Interior clean and free of markings. This directory from fifty towns around the Twin Cities, "with an aggregate population of 130,000 souls," lists businesses from Abstracts of Titles to Zephyrs and Worsted Goods.
