Louisiana State University Press, 1981-10-01. First edition. Hardcover. Good/Good. The volume is lightly bumped on the spine ends and heavily so on the top corners where the boards are exposed. The top corners of the first 2/3 of the text leaves are bumped and lightly creased, diminishing from a crease to tipped corners as one works through the book. The unclipped dust jacket, sleeve protected, has chips, soiling, light abrasions, and a gently sunned spine.
