Clean gray boards with green spine, white lettering on spine. Slight wear to spine edges. Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound. Pages and edges are clean with clean map-illustrated endpapers detailing the route of the trip - no names, writing or marks. Illustrated with 96 pages of photographs. 194 pages with index. Dust jacket has very slight edge wear, slightest trace of soiling; enclosed in new archival quality removable mylar cover. A journey by car across America, over old roads to discover the towns out of the American past that still exist today. A nice time-capsule of a book; it would be fun to retrace this journey today and see what has changed..
