Inscribed: "To Joanne, my new friend, warmest regards, Cordially, Frances L. Fox. : With the maps in the rear pocket is an invoice on the author's letterhead to Joanne Camp, wife of western historian, Charles L. Camp. ; tall 8vo 9" - 10" tall; 92 pages; Signed by Author .
