New York: McGraw-Hill, 1946. Book. Good. Hardcover. 4th Edition. 125mm x 190mm. Moderate wear to cloth. Some foxing to edges of page-blocks. Light foxing to preliminaries and rear endpapers. There are a very few small areas of foxing to other page margins. Volume II has a moderate small water stain to top corner of last several pages. This reduces from a max of 3 cm x 4cm. The text and plates are very bright and clean. Bindings tight. 420pp and 512pp.
