Inscribed by author on FFEP as follows: "For Carter Burden, With all my best wishes -- Stephen Stepanchev" Hardbound book in very good condition apart from minor soil to top of text block and lower edge of boards. Clear plastic dust jacket's back flap has folded over upon itself. Pages are clean, crisp, firmly bound. Endpapers are red. Yellow and black boards are straight and show little if any wear.
