He now runs his own consultancy company, Green Issues, which specializes in the management of green issues, and he is a freelance business writer and journalist. He is a visiting professor at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland. Tom has also lectured on Public Relations at the Universities of Bournemouth and Brighton.
