Garden City: Doubleday & Company, Inc, 1965. 1st. Good+. First edition stated on copyright page. In original dust jacket; some creasing to edges, formerly taped to boards with tape still on dj and some residue on boards. Green cloth boards and black spine with silver and green on spine. Old tape residue and some discoloration to boards, otherwise very good+. Lower case letter 'a' on first text page, otherwise interior is clean and clear. Ex-library book with stamp on tope fore edge, title page, and number on copyright page; no other indications. Near very good condition.
