Original publisher's half cloth covers with blue decorative title printing on cream stock, in multicolour illustrated dust jackets.. First Slovak edition of Charles Dickens last picaresque novel "The Life and Adventures of Martin Chuzzlewit". Originally published in series between 1842 and 1844 Dickens "Chuzzlewit" with present edition could finally be received by a Slovak reading audience too. This first Slovak edition had a relatively small print run of 5500 copies.
