Basis for the 1936 movie of the same name, directed by John Ford. The play, starring Helen Hayes, was an also-ran for the Pulitzer Prize in 1934, being outdone by "Men In White." Signed inscription by Helen Hayes ("Faithfully- over the years") on the copyright page and also signed again by Hayes and 20 other members of the original cast, including Philip Merivale, Helen Mencken, and George Couloris.
