T N Foulis, 1916. Soft cover. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Soft brown suede with gilt tolled titles to spine and black tooled titles to front. Yapp edges to covers. Gilt top edge to text block other edges rough cut. Dedication plate to ffep. A collection of short biopics of some of the great classical composers and performers. With 15 tipped in illustrations with tissue guards. Some light foxing to edge of text block text remaining clean.
