Book interior NEAR FINE Very Gently Read, Covers Near Fine. Covers are black, lettering orange, pictorial front. Back cover has a few creases, a small bent corner, a vertical crease at spine, a 1/4 inch rip at spine edge. Spine has a few vertical spine creases, small bits of colour missing and a few tiny chips. Front cover has a few vertical creases beside spine, and a small crease with 1/16 inch rip at top. Page edges tinted, as issued, slightly sunned. Inside of book is tight, clean, bright. Small bit of age darkening inside covers at binding and on edges of some pages. Book store stamp, ink, on ffep and round stamp on inside front cover. No photos. Black/white map. Contents. Foreword by Senator Hon. Henry D. Hicks. Preface. Introduction.

IMPORTANT RE POSTAGE: I'm in Canada so books to the USA/Other Countries are International shipments and may be delayed by CUSTOMS and/or HOMELAND SECURITY. I'm using the Biblio standard postage matrix, which gives average postage fees, therefore sometimes for an OVERSIZE or LARGE heavy book or expensive book, the postage may be too low and may require extra charges.
