This is a two volume set of the Memoirs of The Court of Queen Elizabeth, written by Lucy Aikin. These are copies of the fifth edition, revised and corrected. Elizabeth I was Queen of England from 1558 until her death in 1603, Elizabeth was the daughter of Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn, his second wife. In hardback. Externally, generally smart with some signs small marks. There is some bumping to the extremities and some marks to the boards. There is a bookplate to the front pastedown of volume I. Internally, firmly bound with generally bright pages with some scattered spots throughout. Very Good
