Sun-faded spine, lightly rubbed corners and spine ends, cloth fraying. Top text block edge dusty, remaining edges starting to tan and fox. Endpapers foxing and tanned; affects page margins. Signed and inscribed on half-title page by author, 'For Margaret from her affectionate Godfather Norman Gale'. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. An anthology of children's poetry.
