One of 1000 numbered copies signed by the editor Etchison, the artist Tom Canty and twenty of the twenty-one contributors which includes David Morrell, Peter Straub, Thomas Tessier, Karl Edward Wagner, Ramsey Campbell, Chelsea Quinn Yarbro and others. (Joyce Carol Oates did not sign). Mostly original anthology first published as a paperback original. The Peter Straub story "The Ghost Village" won a World Fantasy Award (1993) and the book won the same award for Best Anthology.
