Illustrated including 15 maps. Gilt spine (slightly faded) and front cover. Prior owner's nameplate pastedown and signature on front endpaper. Twelve pgs. in volume II have repaired small closed edge tears; pgs. 305 & 524 have a small ink mark on the margin; small stamp on lower edge of pgs. 33 & 533.
