VG++/VG. 1st Edition. 6.7 x 7.5 cm parchment boards with red stamped decoration to the front, spine and rear and gilt stamped titles to the front and spine 223 (5)pp with 44 photographic illustrations of London landmarks. With original red box with hinged lid. The book has been well protected by its box and has just slight toning to the boards and spine and marks to the spine which appear to be transferred from the box lining. Internally clean and bright and without name, inscription or bookplate. The box is complete but with tape repairs to the hinge on the lid and internally to splits on the hinge and one side. A really interesting snapshot of London at the beginning of the 20th Century.
