Internally, end-pages slightly age-toned with a previous owners name inked to inside front board, otherwise a good, clean solid copy. The binding is tight and hinges intact.

Back of jacket has picked up colour bleed from the boards which are blotchy from damp exposure. Book other than the blotchy boards is very good and gift marked in ink to the front free endpaper. Reasonable copy of a scarce 1st edition that presents quite well considering its relatively low grade.
