About This Item
United Kingdom: New Cavendish Books, 1995. Large oblong hardcover folio in non clipped dust-jacket. 224pp., Index. Illustrated with nearly 150 paintings [117 full color] spanning over 300 years of military history. First edition. Dust-jacket protected by reinforced mylar covers that have been pasted to inside of front and rear boards. Not an ex-library copy, from a private collection. No previous ownership marks. Small bookseller's label at lower front free endpaper. Mylar covers not long enough to cover inside jacket flaps completely, with result that rear flap is clear-taped to dust-jacket flap. A lackluster job of apply protective cover, but they have served their purpose in protecting both jacket and book. Minor shelf wear to bottom of boards. Else a very clean, square, unmarked copy in complete dust-jacket with no chips or tears. Very good+ in a very good+ dust-jacket. A large, heavy book, Priority and International orders will require additional postage. Scans sent on request. . First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good+/Very Good+. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall.
