Hamish Hamilton 1957. First edition. 176 pages. James Leasor's account of the tragedy of the R101 airship, which crashed with the loss of all but six lives on its maiden voyage in October 1930. Blue boards with title on spine in good condition except for slight sunning on top and bottom of spine and bottom of front board. Dustwrapper is complete and has some slight wear on top and bottom of spine otherwise in very good condition. Contents clean with numerous photographs. There are two date stamps on front end paper and an inscription from on of the survivors dated 5th October 1930.
