Hardcover monograph, bound in cream colored cloth covered boards and wrapped in an illustrated paper dustjacket. A diagonal scuff to the front free endpaper has left a faint impression on the subsequent three pages. Otherwise, the binding remains tight, the boards crisp and sharp, the dustjacket bright and encased in a Mylar sleeve, and the interior clean and clear of markings. Text in English, with 328 illustrations, 220 of which are in color, including two unsigned woodcuts printed by the artist for this publication and bound in as the frontispiece and adjacent to page 11.
