Includes the ten page advertising supplement laid in loosely at the front. Very good condition with light rubbing to the corners and spine ends, good hinges, sound text block, clean pages with a few instances of light age-speckling, no names or other markings.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
