About This Item

Very Good. Francestown NH: Golden Quill Press, 1971. SIGNED by the author on front fly, dedicated to "fellow poet, Harriet R. Stimson, who along with Glenda Greve," found the author's lost poems. Very good blue cloth in very good, not price-clipped dustjacket . 1st ed., first printing No reader's marks. Brief edgewear only. Engle's best poem in the collection describes the moon landing as man's penetration of Diana, goddess of the moon, with hope for the future.

About Station North Books

I grade conservatively, personally inspecting all the books and trying to describe their condition so you have no surprises. I aim to underpromise and overdeliver. My best feedback is the (more than) one that says, "Better than described!" I have been collecting books for years and sharing story and ideas as an English teacher since 1987. Ned at NedSparrow.com
