About This Item

London: The De La More Press, 1902. First Edition . Hardcover. Poor/No Jacket. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. ix, (v), 144pp., 50 plates. The volume admits to several small to medium bumps to extremities, along with several small stains and general light to medium wear and soiling. Some aging and browning to white cloth strip over spine. PLEASE NOTE; The binding itself is broken, though all called for text and illustrations are present. Despite wear, the volume is fairly attractive, though will require much extra care in patience in handling. Additional wear/defects include some tanning to paper, heavy foxing to several early leaves, along with a good number of leaves that will require "opening" with a razer blade or some such so that the text can be read
