Very light wear to boards, with a couple of small stains, page edges lightly stained else near fine dust jacket with a couple of tiny nicks at head. Dust jacket still has the price of $8.95 intact. Complete number line starting with 1 and states First Edition as well. The 1st Cadfael novel and a rather important cornerstone in mystery fiction as it is the real beginning of the current "Historical Mystery" publishing phenomenon. A scarce title.. First Edition. Synopsis

A Morbid Taste for Bones is a medieval mystery novel by Ellis Peters, first published in 1977. It was adapted for television in 1996 by Central for ITV. It is the first novel in the Brother Cadfael series.
