Hardcover, bound in blue boards backed with a black cloth spine, titled in gilt on the spine, laid into a pictorial dust wrapper designed by Mel Brofman. The extremities of the slightly soiled dust jacket are slightly rubbed & darkened. 295 pages. Very good.
