New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1928. Signed, Limited First Edition. Near fine in dark blue cloth with silver colored text stamping on the spine and with the same plus decorations on the front board with green end sheets. All that remains of the original glassine dust jacket is the rear panel which remains with the book. The book is contained in a very good light green paper covered slip case. Signed on the limitation page by the author. Although this copy is out of series it is identified on the limitation page as a "printer's copy". 256 pages of text many pages of which remain unopened and uncut.
