This is a blue cloth Civil War Hardback in Good+ condition, no jacket. c1951, 1st Edition (Stated), presumed 1st Printing. (Inscribed by Bruce Catton: "To Commissioner ---- Laughlin with my very best wishes. Bruce Catton".) Can't make out Laughton's first name. This is a hard to fine Signed Book. It has some cover wear, but The book is solid and square. No spine splits. The edges and spine ends have some light wear. The pages are tight & bright & unmarked. Nice end map papers. 372 pages #21215-224
