Octavo (19.5cm.); publisher's cloth in tan pictorial dust jacket printed in brown; 308,[12]pp. Jacket rather brittle with some chipping to extremities, rather substantial loss at bottom fore-edge corner of rear panel affecting publisher's advertisements with loss of meaning to approx. 9 lines of text, corners a bit bumped, else Very Good in Good or better jacket. We've noted two states of this Volume, this (no priority) with "Volume One" printed on title page verso. Includes poems by Stanton A. Coblentz, Louis Ginsberg (Allen's father), 23-year-old Stanley Kauffmann, and "W.P.A.," a poem by Alberta M. Paris.
