Octavo (8vo). 185 pages of text, followed by [iv] pages including a poem and publisher's advertisement. Maroon hardcover cloth binding with moderate soiling and shelfwear; protected in custom stiff archival mylar. Illustrated with a black & white frontispiece showing the interior of a settlement home. A few pages with small tears or creases in margins, but an intact and attractive copy of this uncommon publication..
