About This Item

New York: Needle Publishing Co, 1967. Magazine. 24p., 8.5x11 inches, staple-bound humor magazine, illus., covers lightly worn with mild toning, else very good condition. Extremely odd (largely sexual) humor magazine, with titillating stories and various sexual organ fixations. Reads as if issued from an alternate universe. Smacks of the era when Grove Press was reprinting Victorian erotica and a sexual revolution was ostensibly underway. Warning for the faint of heart: largely heterosexual slant. Faintly associated with the underground press of the era. The publisher was a member of the George Gissing Circle.
