New York: Delacorte Press / Seymour Lawrence, 1980. First edition. Hardcover. Very good/very good. SIGNED. 275pp. Octavo [21.5 cm] Black cloth over boards with silver lettering on the backstrip. The covers are a bit cocked. In a very attractive dust jacket, with very light soiling to the internal side (not visible). Signed by the author on the free front endpaper. The author writes, "Thomas Berger, Grand View-on-Hudson, NY, 1 July 1994." The author has crossed out a letter penned in error in the inscription.
