In two volumes. xxxvii, 259pp; vi, 225pp. Quarter vellum and green cloth stamped in gold on the front and the spine, edges uncut, silk bookmarks. Frontispiece, four in-text illustrations and three folding maps in volume one; frontispiece, seven in-text illustrations and five maps, three of which are folding, in volume two. Front panel of volume one and rear panel of volume two are sunned, spine panels a bit darkened, some unobtrusive library blind stamps and two stamped numbers, some wear to extremities. A good+ set. ; Quarto.
