1942 Five (5) printed broadside notices from 1942 for buses operating in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. One advertises new bus service for defense workers, and another is for schedule changes on Cape Cod. See images for other subjects / cities and towns. Red lettering on white backgrounds. 7 x 11 inches each. Some typical age-toning but no folds or other significant flaws. Uncommon items that were meant for brief use before being discarded. We also have listed several similar items from the New Haven Railroad. All are original from 1942 and reflect the impact of World War II on civilian transportation.
