Patricia Walkow is an award-winning author and editor. She is a member of the Corrales Writing Group, SouthWest Writers, New Mexico Press Women, Military Writers Society of America, and The National Federation of Press Women. A former Fortune 200 systems manager, Ms. Walkow is also editor emeritus of Corrales MainStreet News. Her editing has been honored by both New Mexico Press Women and the National Federation of Press Women. Her writing has won awards at the state, national, and international levels for full-length books, short stories, and essays; her work appears in over a dozen anthologies. Ms. Walkow contributes regularly to newspapers, magazines, and anthologies in paper and electronic formats She lives in Corrales, New Mexico with her husband, cats, and one very spoiled dog.
