Macmillan of Canada, Toronto, ON, 1965. Hardcover. Good Condition/No Dust Jacket. 413pp; Second edition; Technically, this is an ex-library book, but it's one of those rare occasions where this may actually make it a better copy. It has been rebound into a brown library binding, giving it a very strong binding, which is very helpful for a book that is as heavy as this one; There is a library stamp on the title page and on the top edge. There are library labels on one rear fly page that are usually not even seen. Very non-intrusive; Both the cover and the pages are great, with no significant flaws; Additional shipping charges may apply; Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Ex-Library. Quantity Available: 1. Shipped Weight: 5-6 pounds. Category: Antiques & Collectibles; Pictures of this item not already displayed here available upon request. Inventory No: 102753. . Additional shipping charges may apply..
