Brooklyn: William W. Rippner Co, 1984. This is a 67 pp. Business plan for the reprinting of the original Manhattan Coloring Book by The New York Times. Detailed plans on the making and marketing of such a book, even down to the salaries of the people involved. Included in the price is a 1975 copy (Near Fine) of the original Quadrangle book (not colored in). There is a Andy Warhol signature and quote to upper top corner of the marketing plan, "It Makes Me Want to Color". I assume it is a facsimile. . Draft. Portfolio Binding. Very Good ++/No Jacket. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
