Includes a letter, dated 10th May, 1962, from the Bank Manager (at that time) of the Te Puke BNZ branch to a customer referred to as "father of the Bank" in Te Puke. The letter is enclosed in an original Bank of New Zealand envelope and taped to the top of the title page. Blue boards, 408pp. includes Appendix & Index. B/w illustrations. Ffep has been removed otherwise the book is clean and firmly bound.Dustjacket has one closed tear to rear top edge, moderate edgewear, now protected in removable jacket. Heavy item, additional shipping will be requested for delivery outside New Zealand.. Hard Cover. Very Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
