Amsterdam: G. L. Funke, 1880. Otherwise very good condition. A large print with six colored woodblock images of cockatoos, signed at the lower right "A. K.", hand colored in green, blue, yellow, and orange. The images include three from Australia, titled "Kakatoe van Australie"; "De parakiet kakatoe van Nieuw-Holland" and "Kakatoe van Australie met greete .."(illegible), which include the Major Mitchell, Parrakeet and the Sulfur Crested; one white Moluccan ("De groote witte kakatoe der Molukken"); and a black and green parakeet from New Guinea. Each illustration with title in Dutch below. Large chip in bottom center margin which effects the title beneath the Black New Guinea cockatoo. 17 x 13 1/4". OCLC: 69127820.
