USA: New Directions, 1961 Bright green covers with black quarter-binding and gilt imprinting on the spine. No rubbing or bumping anywhere. The unclipped, brightly colored dust jacket has two minor closed tears, one small one at the top front and a slightly longer one at the top back, else fine. This is a Fireside Theatre Book Club Edition that appears to be a first edition, with a 1961 copyright, but no publishing date. 128 pages which are clean, crisp, unmarked and uncreased with two b/w photographs. The binding is so good and tight it appears to be unread. A fine collector's edition from a non-smoking household. We ship daily.. Book Club (BCE/BOMC). Quarter-Bound. As New/Very Good +. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
