London: Michael Joseph, 1953. A first edition, first printing published by Michael Joseph in 1953. Pictorial dust jacket over grey and yellow cloth. Contains black and white in text illustrations and colour plates by G. Calthrop. Illustrations and plates are bright and clear, with some light tanning and foxing to edges. Unclipped jacket. Some light rubbing and loss to the corners and to the spine tips. This copy was previously part of a collection of selected volumes that were formerly kept at the London Office of Sir Noel Coward in Cadogan Square. Complete with Noel Coward Society authentification.
