September, 1910 printed on the copyright page. Original midnight cloth covered boards with a decorative front cover and bold gilt lettering. Slight edge wear on the bottom board edges. Minimal soiling on bottom page ends. Gilt-lined page header. Gift inscription on the front free endpaper. Unclipped and intact dust jacket has hand edges and hinges reinforced with binder's tape. Moderate chipping at the corners, A larger ship at the top spine end, a piece missing from the top of the back panel. Comes housed in a custom slipcase.
