Eighteen [18] pp. staple-bound early edition of Northwestern University's flagship student publication. Contains university news, news about other colleges, poetry, literature, non-fiction, black and white photographs and period advertisements. Northwestern's earliest student newspapers, Tripod [1871 to 1880] and Vidette [1878 to1880], became the Northwestern in 1881 and the Daily Northwestern in 1910.Ê A nice copy of a fragile early university news and literary magazine. **OCLC** lists no copies.
